Blaze-N-Monkey's started as a mobile catering business and grew into a familiar name at festivals, wineries, taphouses, and neighborhood events.
Being mobile means every stop can feel a little different. The common thread is a welcoming truck, a changing lineup, and a team that knows food can turn a crowd into a community.

In January 2026, Patrick and Misti also became owners of Jimmy's Classic Drive-In in Grants Pass. Local reporting confirmed that Blaze-N-Monkey's continues operating alongside that new chapter.
